Job Details and Duties

• $40K-70K annually
• 1 st shift, Monday-Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm) and Friday (7:30am-1:30pm)
• Access customer inquiries related to machine tools, evaluate project requirements, and prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations.
• Develop precise cost estimates by analyzing materials, labor, and production costs for machine tools and related services
• Work closely with the sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates and quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain updated pricing and availability for machine tools and components
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers regarding pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines
• Maintain and organized and up-to-date record of all quotes, pricing data, and customer interactions to ensure smooth follow-up and reporting
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding on going quotation, bid status, and overall sales opportunities
