For assistance on how to apply, please click here Job Description: Position Overview The International Documentation Specialist I provides oversight and support to the Merchandisers and Merchandising Assistants to ensure completeness of all international shipping documents. The position is responsible for documentation oversight including timeliness and presentation while maintaining a computer database of information. Key Responsibilities Manage the documentation and collection process from initiation of trade through final settlement. Generate all international documents, maintain database of export shipments daily, and assist in management of receivable risk on all export shipments. Provide logistic support on export shipments to both customers and traders. Aid export customers in resolving documentation issues. Provide customer service as necessary to both buyers and sellers to ensure customs clearance. What is expected of you and others at this level Performs routine, entry-level assignments Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts gained through education and/or experience Develops competence by performing structured work assignments Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems Receives instruction, guidance and direction Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience) 1-3 years’ relevant experience required This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
