Maximus is currently hiring for an International Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The International Services Recruiter is responsible for utilizing resources to locate qualified healthcare professionals and facilities to join our network. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, and comfortable with frequent communication via phone or email.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Make unscripted connection calls to independent medical providers for the purpose of recruiting them to VES's nationwide network of providers; - Arrange conference calls with providers when needed to answer questions about the VES credentialing, training, and examination process; - Document and maintain detailed notes for communication and exchanges with all potential and current providers; - Send preliminary information letters to potential providers, including contracted pay rates for their geographical region; - Assemble and distribute the VES credentialing packet to providers and facilitate the completion of required documents in a timely manner; - Consistently meets daily, weekly, and monthly provider contact quotas; - Achieve superior level of productivity in a demanding and high energy environment; - Find diagnostic facilities in foreign countries able to perform needed testing for C&P exams and handling invoicing as needed ; - Communicate and maintain a professional working relationship with department and team members in a friendly, but focused, environment; and - Make calls to diagnostic facilities such as clinics and hospitals to obtain locations to complete medical testing for veterans (such as bloodwork, EKG, x- rays) Additional Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist other team members with contacting providers and medical facilities regarding rates, billing and other issues associated with the providers and/or their staff; - Work closely with the Scheduling Department to fill Open Service Requests ("OSRs"); and - Coordinate travel for providers when needed. - Attend meetings as directed; - Work effectively within a team dynamic; - Adapt to new instructions, requests or procedures as provided; - Maintain a high sense of urgency at all times; - Maintain the confidentiality of Veterans' and providers' records; and - Other duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Self- starter; - Advanced customer service skills; - Advanced verbal and interpersonal skills; - Advanced written communication skills, to include excellent grammar; - Advanced reading and comprehension abilities; - Advanced analytical skills and detail- oriented; - Advanced multi- tasking skills; - Advanced organizational and prioritization skills, with strong ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; - Proficient typing skills; and - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, general internet research, and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate; some college preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work a shift between 5:00am-6:00pm CT Monday-Friday
- Recruiting experience highly preferred
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish, German, or French highly preferred

- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
- USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression
- Private work area and adequate power source
- A second monitor is highly recommended for most positions
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
