Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred.
2. Current and valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a must.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably within a public accounting firm or a multinational corporation.
4. Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax provisions, including Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, etc.
5. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
6. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
