International Tax Manager at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is now hiring for an INTERNATIONAL TAX MANAGER for a permanent position with a leader in internet infrastructure!

Role is HYBRID with 1 day per month in office at HQ in Reston, VA

Job Description

Responsible for international tax compliance preparation (including U.S. Federal and foreign tax filings), assistance with transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax audits

Prepare the international portions of the U.S. federal income tax return (Form 5471s, 8858s, 8991, 8992, 8993 and the 1118), including cumulative E&P and foreign tax credit calculations

Prepare the international portion of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (FAS 109) and ASC 740-10-50 (FIN 48)

Monitor intercompany transactions and assist with maintaining/updating intercompany agreements

Prepare intercompany charges

Top Skills' Details

BA/BS in accounting or finance required. CPA, MST or JD desired

Five to eight or more years of international tax experience at Big 4 and/or corporate tax department

In-depth knowledge of U.S. international and foreign tax and tax accounting issues
