Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree in Tax or Law is highly desirable.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Coach (CTC) certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, international tax regulations, and tax accounting.
- Proven experience in tax planning and compliance, with a focus on international tax issues.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain tax issues to non-tax professionals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
