Internet Manager - Serramonte Subaru

 Local Bay Area Dealership is looking for an experienced automotive Internet Sales Manager/Closer who is energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Close deals efficiently
• Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
• Aggressively up sell & holding gross with CSI in mind 100% of the time
• Ability to train the team
  

Requirements:

•  Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management.
• Ability to train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manager is a great leader.
• 1-2 years of Automotive Management experience
• Knowledge of Desking & reading credit
• Strong Negotiating skills
• Strong computer skills
  
• Valid Drivers License
