Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs are searching for a highly professional Internet Sales Manager/Business Development Center Manager to lead our high-performing team. We need someone who can guide our sales team through the increasing demands of meeting our customers' expectations of meeting their needs with a quality sales experience. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is self-motivated and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
• Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads
• Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Receive credit applications (manually and online)
• Maintain CSI, gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards
• Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
• Appraise customer vehicles
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of three years in Automotive Sales Management
• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and training skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, and drug test
• Must have a valid drivers license
