Internet Sales Manager (E-Commerce) at Placed With Integrity Staffing

We are currently seeking a dynamic Internet Sales Manager focusing on E-commerce platforms to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
• Improve and develop online presence for company website and CRM tools
• Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales or related field in addition to experience as a supervisor or manager
• Proven experience in business development, account management & team development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
• Industrial sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
