Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for an Accounting Internship (MILWAUKEE, WI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of GL Accounts
- Assist with maintaining and updating audit work papers for the GL accounts
- Prepare any adjusting journal entries
- Accounts Payable data entry
- Review and resolve Accounts Payable Statements
- Filing/Shredding
- Audit Projects
- Other misc. accounting and operational duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- The applicant must be currently enrolled at an accredited college in a business degree program with an Accounting or Finance emphasis
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-2 years accounting or finance experience or applicable work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation Range:
- $18.00 per hour
