Internship -- Development Representative -- Property Management Company -- Part-Time - BMOC Inc

BMOC, Inc. is looking for a talented, ambitious sales-driven person to join the team as an Intern in Business Development.

BMOC, Inc. is a third-party property management company so the person joining our team would be looking to contact building owners and developers regarding third-party management services across the Midwest. Most of the work would be done from our corporate office in Madison, Wisconsin via phone. The best candidate will not be afraid of getting on the phone and would be skilled in research.

This internship is intended to run until August 2025. An ideal candidate would be looking to get their foot in the door and make an impact--which creates future opportunities.

Base wage is offered.

Commissions are the primary source of income for this position.
