Job Summary and Qualifications
You will perform Interventional Radiology exams following protocols and in a timely manner, ensuring a high quality of care.
What you will do in this role:
- You will prepare procedure trays with appropriate supplies
- You will prep and drape of patient and equipment prior to procedure.
- You will scrub and assist with procedures maintaining sterile technique.
- You will provide post procedure care to the patient (includes holding pressure as well as cleaning, suturing and bandaging of procedure site)
- You will pull needed equipment/product, circulating for cases as needed and where appropriate.
What qualifications you will need:
- Degree from ARRT accredited RT program required.
- No less than (2) years of general diagnostic radiology experience preferred
- (1) Year of Interventional experience is strongly preferred.
- Current BLS and RT certifications required.
TriStar Summit is a 200 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center.
