Title: Inventory Analyst
Location: Plainsboro NJ
Contract: 3 Months (Possibility of Extension)
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
" Operate department scales and computer systems in order to accurately and properly cycle count flavor and fragrance chemicals in a precise manner. Chemicals and materials to be cycle counted will be in the various states of liquid, solid and powder.
" Verify in SAP age and quality of all materials
" Utilize a computer to obtain raw and finished materials for cycle counting.
" Ensure understanding of all safety, quality and operational procedures, in order to utilize tools, equipment, electronic/computer systems in cycle counting.
" Follow Material Flow, safety and quality procedures to verify and record information during cycle counting.
" Ensure safe operation of forklift and all drum handling equipment.
" Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with GMP
" Perform the duties of the fork lift operator as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
" High School Diploma Required
" Prior experience handling chemicals.
" Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing.
" Minimum 1-3 years of inventory and chemical manufacturing.
" Knowledge of G.M.P s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
" Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day
" Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
" Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
" Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold)
" Must have the ability to operator a forklift
Knowledge
Must have - High School Diploma (Required)
