Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and issue aerospace parts and materials

Accurately maintain inventory records and documentation

Process and fulfill inventory orders and requests

Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs

Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts

Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shortages

Assist in the organization and optimization of inventory storage areas

Follow safety and compliance guidelines for handling hazardous materials

Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding inventory matters

Conduct research and stay updated on aerospace industry trends and inventory best practices

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes

Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory management policies

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools

Ability to interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
