Job Location: Stockton, California
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $45,760-$52,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary)

As an organized and detail-oriented professional, you’ll be passionate about managing inventory and ensuring accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining parts inventory, working closely with various departments, and streamlining operations for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure timely restocking
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and supplies
- Perform routine inventory audits to verify stock levels and prevent discrepancies
- Track parts usage and monitor trends to make data-driven purchasing recommendations
- Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to fulfill their parts requests efficiently
- Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Experience Required:
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct physical inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and supplies.
- Assemble and ship parts via parcel service.
- Report parts to Accounting.
- Requisition parts and supplies for the Assembly Department.
- Monitor and report performance indicators for the parts area.
- Process purchase orders and requisitions, and notify departments of received items.
