Inventory Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a company based in Sugar Land, Texas. Primarily, responsible for managing daily material movements, including material issuance and receipt tasks from purchasing and production work order returns. The Inventory Clerk will ensure efficient processing of material transactions and safeguard inventory to prevent loss or damage.

Inventory Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Issue and receive various types of goods.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly and annually).
• Use SAP/MES Inventory modules to facilitate inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and always organize inventory.
• Maintain inventory floor/shelves, organizing materials by type and location.
• Pick and issue materials in MES and/or SAP per specific work order BOM lists.
• Process material returns from work orders in MES and/or SAP.
• Receive and confirm in MES and/or SAP for all purchase order QC turn-in material.
• Communicate with production control for special picking requirement and/or stock/material check.
Inventory Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Science or Arts preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Inventory module highly preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in electronic parts/component inventory management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bilingual in Mandarin required.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Ability to handle electronic parts effectively.
