Summary:Inventory associates are responsible for all the data entry and movements of our physical inventory in the Rock Hill Factory as well as our third-party locations. The purpose of this role is to ensure all inventory including raw materials, POP and finished goods are properly accounted for, tracked and maintained within our ERP system. The lead will be called upon to perform cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies and help manage the day-to-day activities in the Inventory Department.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
- Oversee or perform all functions relating to inventory control / movement within the plant.
- Ensure all inventory control procedures for receiving, stock handling, order fulfillment and production are enforced and closely followed by the warehouse and production team.
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts within the plant, research product/ bin location/quantity discrepancies and reconcile physical inventory within NetSuite.
- Help educate all plant workers on best practices for handling, tracking and maintaining the inventory integrity for both raw and finished goods within our ERP system.
- Take a lead role in the bi-annual physical inventory within the plant.
- Research and resolve inventory control issues within the plant and at 3PLs.
- Monitor aged inventory and communicate accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned in order to satisfy operational goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
- Netsuite Experience Preferred but not required.
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of working with the physical inventory of a factory or plant.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with raw goods and components for manufacturing.
- A minimum of 2 years of working with an ERP/inventory management system.

Ability to prioritize effectively and operate efficiently; use sound judgment to make rational decisions; ability to recognize opportunities and evoke change where applicable; must be objective v. subjective; strong follow up skills; intrapersonal skills; excellent communication skills; attention to detail and process orientation; problem solving skills; coaching and mentoring skills; must have thorough understanding of company’s confidentiality agreement.
Sensory Requirements: Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone.
Environmental: Job operates in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment as well as in a clerical office setting.
Language Skills: English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension). Knowledge of an additional language(s) is a plus!
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic and algebra
Reasoning Ability: Solid understanding of branding and marketing communications strategies and tactics; excellent planning and problem-solving skills with limited resources; ability to effectively prioritize and project manage multiple assignments at any given time. Ability to use judgement to make important decisions.
Work Environment: Manufacturing/Warehouse setting. Loud and fast-paced environment, limited climate control.
