About the Job
Our client is a major 3PL for a wide variety of products, mainly dealing with beauty, wellness, and other, similar products. We are seeking a professional and top-tier Inventory Control Manager to join their California location, in Foothill Ranch.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Monday to Friday. 8 am to 5 pm. Hours could be subject to change based on certain circumstances.
You may also be asked to work Overtime.

As the Inventory Control Manager, you are the top specialist responsible for overseeing the inventory operations for the Foot Hill Ranch Location.
You will:
· Develop and Implement inventory control procedures.
· Maintain the inventory levels, and work with operations to make sure replenishments come in.
· Ensure that all records in the inventory system are accurate.
· Conduct audits of inventory records and reconcile outdated records as well.
· Prevent overstocking or stockouts by monitoring the inventory levels
· Help implement a new inventory system as well to track down “ghost products”
· Supervise the team, which includes everything from hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
· Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and other key metrics, and then send those reports to management
· Utilize the inventory management software (Manhattan) to track and report on inventory movements.
· Improve on the inventory processes, and work with the IT team to implement new processes that you have created.
· Ensure everything complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Enforce key safety standards with the compliance team.
· Other warehouse duties as needed.
