JOB INFORMATION:Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Controls Manager to join our team. In this position, you are responsible to implement policies, objectives and initiatives that effectively manage company assets throughout various locations. The ideal candidate will be heavily data-driven with the ability to create inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing and reporting. This role will report directly to the VP of Procurement.

- Assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices
- Employs standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency
- Implements Inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting
- Overall responsibility to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of assets across the company
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, required
- Experience with Microsoft office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), REQUIRED
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Experience with medical equipment, preferred
- Experience in a matrix-type environment, preferred
- One year of related work experience, preferred
- Medical terminology, preferred

- Analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively
- Critical thinking to solve complex problems
- Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
- Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive and HIPPA information
- Multi-task along with attention to detail using multiple systems to derive information
- Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
