Inventory specialist will manage all backroom duties for WCH while directing other locations as needed. They will order consumables for the WCH location. Pay invoices and work with our AP department in researching any challenges.

Inventory specialist will manage all backroom duties for WCH while directing other locations as needed. They will order consumables for the WCH location. Pay invoices and work with our AP department in researching any challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with ordering and heading up receipt/managing all incoming inventory. Date entry into pos system and immediate reconciliation of discrepancies for UC Health's 4 gift shop locations (UC Business Center, Drake Center, West Chester Hospital and UCMC).
- Manage vendors related to damaged inventory for UC Health's 4 stores.
- Price incoming inventory to prepare it for the sales floor.
- Order consumables for the WCH location.
- Pay invoices for all 4 locations.
- Work with pos vendor to make any corrections to the system for the enterprise.
- Directs the back room associates at Business Center, Drake Center, West Chester Hospital and UCMC as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED - General field of study
- Associate's Degree Preferred- General field of study
- Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
- Preferred: 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience
