**How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice:**
As an Inventory Coordinator at Paula's Choice, you will be responsible for preparing and processing orders, managing order and transaction data in our ERP system, and serving as a cross-functional liaison between the Global Inventory team and other Supply Chain departments. This role is essential to our team, which acts as the central resource for all inventory-related matters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time.
We are seeking a self-motivated problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential for success in this position. As part of our close-knit team, you will join dedicated individuals committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
**As an Inventory Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:**
+ Operate as point person for order entry and coordination for distribution activities
+ Primary liaison to Transportation team for export shipments, aligning on timing and volume to achieve revenue targets
+ Execute inventory transactions in the ERP system for component receipts and transfers to/within our contract manufacturer base
+ Generate orders and provide inventory overview and approvals resulting in shipments across our owned and 3PL distribution network
+ Ensure order accuracy and manage order and transaction resolution
+ Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for inventory management while contributing to process improvement initiatives
+ Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
**The Details:**
+ Location: We are based in Seattle and although local candidates are preferred, not required
+ Hours: Typical business hours PST
+ Physical requirements: Ability to sit and handle screen time for long periods of time
+ Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel
**What** **you'll** **bring to the table:**
+ 1+ years of professional experience with inventory, warehouse, and logistics concepts. A degree in Business Management/Supply Chain disciplines is acceptable in lieu of professional experience
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to navigate large data sets
+ Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables

+ Prior experience in Direct-to-Consumer business
+ Prior experience working with teams overseas
+ 1+ years of experience with ERP systems
+ Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment
**Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:**
**$60,000 - $70,000 USD/annually**

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
