Inventory Data Coordinator at Nesco Resource

Nesco Resource has partnered with a leading national retailer and distributor in their pursuit to hire an Inventory Data Coordinator. This is a temporary- to-hire opportunity to get your foot in the door within their corporate headquarters. Hybrid opportunity to work 4 days in Jericho,NY and 1 day remote. The Inventory Data Coordinator manages inventory data and coordinates and communicates directly with vendors., Working as part of a cross-functional team, this role directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency in a real-time environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and data using excel and various systems
• Compiles and analyzes month-end data for inventory reconciliation and obsolescence review.
• Monitor stock availability data and address unavailable product alerts with Inventory Specialists.
• Issue and track requisitions to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock updates.
• Systematically create transfers and support distribution processes.
• Maintain inventory receipts and data in internal systems.

• Proficient in Excel; especially formulas is a must
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Retail/e-commerce experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

• Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, 1 hour lunch
• Onsite 4 days/week; remote 1 day/week

This position requires flexibility and the availability to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons including weekends.  Overtime hours will be compensated at 1.5x pay, providing you with the opportunity to increase your income significantly.
