Purpose of Role
_This role has big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders._

+ _Comfortable learning and utilizing powered equipment to include forklifts and palate jacks_
+ _Comfortable learning and using electronic devices to include RF scanners_
+ _Work with UA product to ensure they are in necessary locations_
+ _Maintain safe and organized working environment_
+ Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, keep workstations neat, sweep, dust and mop.
+ Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
+ Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
+ Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas.
+ Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
+ Use powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to safely operate powered machinery. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. + High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.
+ Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification.
+ 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

+ Must reside within commuting distance of the Sparrows Point, MD Distribution House.

Base Compensation
$19.20 -$25.92
