About the Job
Coordinate with Contracts, Program Management, and/or Administration for determination of scheduled shipment dates and assists in design of packaging requirements, prepares packing lists, and ensures all shipping documentation is correct. assists with moving invoicing to the next level as well as files appropriate paperwork in job folder.
High School Diploma or equivalent
4 years experience. Must be familiar with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL as well as Freight Forwarding companies.
Valid Drivers License
Legible handwriting and basic math abilities
Excellent communications skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Costpoint, ERP systems, Microsoft Office proficiency
