Shift: Day Shift - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management
process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing stock
control procedures, and ensuring that inventory records are accurate at all times. This role is
vital for supporting our production operations and meeting customer demands efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
â— Inventory control: Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production
and customer requirements while minimizing excess stock.
â— Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, conducting
regular audits and reconciliation.
â— Forecasting: Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast inventory
needs based on production schedules and market demand.
â— Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in inventory management
processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
â— Reporting: Maintain accurate records via Odoo (ERP) to determine the physical accuracy
of Inventory and assist with decision-making.
â— Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics team to coordinate timely
deliveries and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
â— Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in
inventory handling and storage.
â— Improvement: Assist in continuous improvement throughout the entire warehouse as
necessary
Job Qualifications
â— Ability to gain a strong understanding of the Zev Technologies product
line and their components
â— Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management,
preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
â— Working knowledge of best practices related to count and tracking
â— Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
â— Ability to Prioritize and Execute as a Leader
â— Strong Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
â— Have exceptional attendance (be to work on time, and take breaks at
allowed time)
â— Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
â— Ability to work with employees across all levels of the organization
â— Meticulous attention to detail and ability to stay extremely organized in a fast-moving
environment.
â— Ability to influence and adapt to change.
â— Understanding of the inventory cycle from Purchasing to Shipping
â— Experience working closely with purchasing, receiving, and shipping teams as it relates
to inventory is a plus.
â— Skills in leadership and personnel management
â— Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to apply skills both internally
and externally.
â— Understanding of basic safety and OSHA standards
â— Self-motivated, proven ability to work independently

â— Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
â— Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
â— Ability to stand for several hours at a time
â— Work in a warehouse environment
â— Leadership Experience (3+ Years)
â— Familiar with inventory methods (LIFO, FIFO)
â— Inventory Control Experience (3+ Years)
