Inventory and Procurement Specialist

$30-$32/Hour



Key Responsibilities:



+ Purchase Order Management:



+ Enter and manage purchase orders across multiple business units.



+ Adjust order quantities and delivery dates as needed.



+ Track and follow up on past due purchase orders.



+ Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding ship dates and order status.







+ Transportation Planning:



+ Schedule inter-unit transfers and manage dropship orders.



+ Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to schedule customer shipments.







+ Inventory Tracking and Replenishment:



+ Monitor inventory levels across the network.



+ Plan and execute replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.







+ Data Analysis:



+ Compile and analyze data related to inventory and procurement activities.



+ Synthesize data to develop actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.









Qualifications:



+ Experience in inventory planning or inventory management.



+ Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.



+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.



+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.



+ Experience in supplier management is a plus.
