We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inventory & Purchasing Specialist to join our team!

Position Purpose: Enter and balance all inventory transactions into Great Plains/365 Business Central. Compile daily cash receipts for assigned businesses and generate report data. Assist with quarterly wine club processing. Assist with the purchasing functions of the company.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
1.Learn and understand the POS/Inventory program. Enter all inventory transactions into GP/365 Business Central.
2.Enter cash receipts as they arrive from the counting room. Verify credit card batches and research any discrepancies. Enter audited/reconciled information into spreadsheets for sales information, over/shorts and transactions.
3.Help support the quarterly wine club sales and shipments by entering information, making phone calls and sending emails.
4.As needed, assist with the purchasing requirements of the company.
