About the Job
Who are you:
As an Inventory and Quality Control Specialist, you will support the Inventory Control & Fulfilment Team by performing the tasks necessary for the department to run smoothly and efficiently and ensure that we organize and control our highest dollar-value asset: inventory. The role will include daily tasks such as investigating inventory variances along with various longer-term projects including cycle-counting and physical inventories.
What you will be doing:
- Perform client packaging audits to ensure the correct product has been picked and said product is in a saleable condition, and report and communicate issues so they can be resolved.
- Perform cycle counts as directed and needed.
- Analyze and reconcile results of cycle counts (scheduled and reactive) to determine and communicate root cause and corrective action.
- Perform inventory movements (reach and order picker) as it relates to client and warehouse needs.
- Provide general assistance with various other warehouse operations as needed, including but not limited to value-added service (VAS) projects.
- Rework and salvage compromised product to be placed back into inventory.
- Support on yearly wall to wall inventory counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and issues on orders.
- Process customer return orders.
- Provide support on process improvement and be able to train warehouse team on best practices.
- Keep damage and return area organized.
- Support on Quality control process as needed.
Our ideal candidate has:
- High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- At least 1 years of Inventory and quality control experience required.
- Strong Excel / Computer skills.
- Proficient use of an RF scanner to conduct inventory transactions and inquiries.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System and dashboards required.
- Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, reach truck and forklift.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is of utmost importance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and orally in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to regularly perform basic mathematics accurately.
- Ability to resolve basic inventory discrepancy, and awareness of when to escalate more critical issues to senior management.

- Hourly compensation: $22-$24/hour based on experience
