The Inventory and Reconciliation Specialist has the general responsibility of reconciling production work orders, receipts and transfers in System21/WMS and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Production with any Inventory Movement issues that may arise.
- Works with WT Warehouse and Port Edwards to resolve issues and to ensure all materials are accurate and accounted for
- Monitor production work orders as they are being ran.
- Actively monitor current production orders for inventory usage
- Assist with work order bookings and reversals.
- Assist production team with issuing and de-issuing items to work orders.
- Monitor and correct variances showing in VP vs SYS21.
- Verify all returns from the production lines and make inventory corrections as needed.
- Perform daily checks for missed scans, putback verifications
- Daily random location checks of inventory in warehouse locations.
- Perform thorough cycle counts as needed for component/inventory discrepancies.
- Process inventory adjustments as needed for supervisors after research is done, assist with research if necessary.
- Attends Ops & Planning meeting to communicate status
- Subject matter expert in WMS / Inventory systems
- Trains Line Employees on WMS / Inventory systems
- Ensures work order reconciliations and corrections are resolved
- Monitors and ensures all finished goods quantities and information is accurate
- Has a flexible schedule as needed
- Assist with tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Equivalent in Business, Accounting or a related field
- 1-3 years previvors experience in warehouse coordinating
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and Organizational Skills
Strong Knowledge of PC Software Applications and ERP Systems
Forklift Certified preferred
WMS Experience preferred
System 21preferred
Self-starter able to perform task with basic instructions and can work unsupervised
