About the Job
The Special Projects/Administrative Asst. oversees, monitors, leads, and coordinates inventory department initiatives and salesforce software. Drives and controls inventory accuracy and within the Supply Chain network, proactively addressing potential issues and applies continuous improvement and real-time problem solving skills when working towards resolutions. The Special Projects/Administrative Asst. is responsible for collecting the necessary data and reporting on each step. The coordinator will use internal reports within the organization to prepare reports and document the progress
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement. Requires research before an appropriate course of action can be taken.
- Maintain a Continuous Learning Program.
- Maintain SOP files
- The coordinator shall analyze and research data to find the root cause of a problem. The coordinator and team use the analysis to direct the course of the project to get the desired results.
- Salesforce Process Support
- Monitoring daily workload/reviewing and balancing the department caseload
- Daily/Weekly follow up with the department supervisor(s) on processes

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
- High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Some customer service experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s license preferred
- Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
- Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
- Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
