Inventory Specialist - LightFire Group

• Assist in maintaining and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure efficient operations.
• Accurately count and record inventory levels, and replenish stock as needed.
• Help with the labeling and proper storage of items to ensure accurate tracking.
• Support inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic inventory counting and record-keeping methods.
• Familiarity with basic computer software such as Excel and Google Docs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds as needed.
• Capability to be on your feet, bend, shift, pull, and carry items throughout your scheduled shift.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
