Job Details
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of financial accounting experience in real estate investment, real estate development, private equity, investment advisory, or public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, etc.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi experience is a plus
