We are currently seeking candidates for a Compliance Analyst opportunity with a highly successful and well-respected Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Investment Compliance Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3+ years of major shareholders disclosures within the investment management or financial services space.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity paying $20-$30/hour depending on experience.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Compliance Analyst opportunity with a highly successful and well-respected Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Investment Compliance Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3+ years of major shareholders disclosures within the investment management or financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Investment Compliance Team in monitoring client guidelines, handling client reporting processes, and managing major shareholder disclosures.
- Maintain and update compliance systems with relevant restrictions.
- Generate monthly compliance reports, quarterly board reports, and additional related documents.
- Review and provide feedback on fund documentation, including prospectuses, statements of additional information, investment advisory agreements, and governing documents.
- Update and oversee compliance testing to ensure alignment with current fund or account investment objectives and policies.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations for all funds and accounts.
- Conduct periodic reviews of relevant procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment management, financial services, or a related field; compliance experience is essential.
- 3+ years of experience of major shareholder disclosures.
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels and with external parties.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
