Investment Operations Specialist - Software Guidance & Assistance

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Investment Operations Specialist f or a Contract assignment with one of our premier Investment Management clients in Sausalito, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Download and archive custodial statements for all accounts monthly
• Process proxy voting for accounts through manual ballots or online as needed
• Support activities related to the transition of proxy vendors
• Review incoming faxes and mailings daily
• Reply to diverse external and internal requets in a timely and professional manner
• Work on miscellaneous projects and tasks such as proxy audits and voting of corporate actions
• Effectively document and maintain processes

Required Skills :

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and able to prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Successful candidates will be self–starters able to effectively operate in a highly team-oriented and collaborative environment and efficiently manage their time.
• They will have strong interpersonal skills, and will be expected to develop relationships with investment operations and client operations team.
