Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and review investment PAR reconciliation and balance the general ledger with Clearwater reports.
• Prepare detailed valuation memos for investment portfolios and manage related financial disclosures.
• Oversee investment accounting processes, continuously improving efficiency and controls.
• Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Capital, Legal) and external partners (custodians, investment managers, auditors) to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
• Assist with preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Monitor liquidity needs, investment strategies, and ensure adherence to investment guidelines.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, ensuring liquidity and capital needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
• Solid understanding of investment products (fixed maturity, equities, alternatives) and GAAP.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and write comprehensive reports.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment KPIs, and reinsurance/insurance regulations.
