About the Job
As an Investor Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating property portfolios, cultivating client relationships, and educating investors on effective strategies. Your expertise will help drive the company's growth and ensure client success in the exciting world of real estate investment.
This position will report daily, Monday - Friday, in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and analyze property portfolios to identify investment opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
* Onboard new clients and manage their accounts effectively
* Educate clients on various real estate investing strategies
* Oversee property management aspects of client portfolios
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* CPM/CAM
* Associates, Bachelor's and/or Masters preferred but not required
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
* 5+ Years of Experience in Property Management (Single family and/or multi family)
* Active Real Estate License (Georgia)
* Proven track record of Property Management Leadership
* Strong background in real estate, finance, or a related field
* Ability to explain complex investment concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
* Constant desire to continue education and guide clients on successful strategies
* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed client expectations
