Job Title:Invoice Processor

Location:Irving, TX Hybrid (Mostly remote with the option to go onsite if preferred)

Candidates must have a personal laptop or desktop; computer equipment will not be provided by the client.

Pay:$18-19 /hr., depending on experience

Schedule:Flexible within the hours of 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Description:
As anInvoice Processor, you will play a key role in processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues related to missing or incorrect information. This position is vital for maintaining efficient invoice processing and ensuring timely payment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and validate key fields in proprietary software

• Process all invoices within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Resolve validation issues on invoices in the exception queue

• Maintain a positive customer service approach when interacting with technicians and coworkers

• Assist with various projects as directed by the Supplier Resource Department Manager, including invoice processing and compiling team metrics

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or bookkeeping

• Proficiency in 10-key (8,000 KSH)

• Typing speed of 40 WPM

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Experience in dealership accounting/bookkeeping preferred

• Proficiency in Excel
