Level 2 Invoicing Associate is responsible for accurate and timely
processing of a variety of invoicing and inventory jobs, with a high

"Dress for your day" dress code What You'll Do: Monthly
reconciliation of outside warehouse inventories for timely processing of
accounts payable invoicing Investigate any discrepancies related to
invoicing or inventory Prepare, proof, and enter monthly inventory
adjustment recaps and provide reporting to managers Route and report on
all company donations Accurate and timely processing of purchase order
receipts and inventory adjustments for purchased or consigned products
as it relates to storage in transit warehousing Index and maintain
documents in document management software What You'll Bring:
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory
Management 3-5 years experience in accounting, supply chain, or
inventory management Working knowledge and experience with SAP
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Lakeside Foods
