About the Job
Job Summary: We are seeking two detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in bookkeeping, finance, and invoicing. These roles will focus on supporting the clearance of supplier invoices and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for payment
• Ensure all invoices are accurately approved and coded
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoicing issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to invoicing processes
• Assist in period-end closing processes as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with invoicing and accounts payable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-4 years performing similar tasks
• SAP Experience is a plus but not required.
• Education: Associate degree or HSD with 2-4 years of experience
