Our client, a respected AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a motivated and skilled mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is open to candidates across multiple office locations, with a preference for San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, DC.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 4+ years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience, with Federal Circuit experience appreciated.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative within a law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases, contributing to case strategy and execution.
- Conduct detailed legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide effective client service and achieve favorable outcomes.
