IP Litigation Paralegal at Nagler Group

We are looking for an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team, focusing on complex cases including U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and section 337 matters.

Key responsibilities include managing complex case tasks from discovery to trial preparation, overseeing document production, conducting extensive legal and factual research, and maintaining detailed databases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of litigation experience (with patent and ITC litigation preferred), and proficiency in document management software such as DeskSite and Relativity. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.
