Job Description:
The Litigation Paralegal I will assist case teams in all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint through trial and appeal. This role involves organizing and managing documents, conducting legal research, drafting legal filings, and preparing for trial. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic court filings, calendaring deadlines, and supporting trial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document collections and production, maintaining chain of custody
- Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
- Prepare and file legal briefs, and coordinate service of process
- Assist with trial preparation, including tracking trial exhibits and pretrial documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in complex litigation
- IP Litigation experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in MS Office, Relativity, Pacer, DMS, and e-filing systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional travel and overtime
