Piper Companies is seeking an ISSO - Information Systems Security Officer for a world leading technology organization in Herndon, VA area for an Onsite role . The ISSO - Information Systems Security Officer will be responsible for the full life cycle of information systems and will maintain compliance and requirements.

Responsibilities for the ISSO - Information Systems Security Officer include

Complete all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities per ICD 503, NISTs, CNSSI and other DoD and/or Intelligence Community policies.

Meet with various stakeholders to develop requirements for Information Systems

Create System Security Plans

Conduct weekly, monthly and annual necessary audits, reviews, and inspections

Requirements for the ISSO - Information Systems Security Officer include

*Active TS/SCI with CI Poly*

5+ years of ISSO experience

Strong knowledge of various system and network technologies

In-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and the Risk Management Framework process.

Experience implementing DISA STIGs

Detail oriented and strong communication skills

Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience

Compensation and Benefits for ISSO - Information Systems Security Officer

Salary $115,000-$145,000
