About the Job
Your Role: Acture Solutions is seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Account Customer Success Representative to fulfill our Acture platform commitments to clients. The ideal candidate will represent Acture both internally and externally, ensuring a seamless service experience for partners and clients. This role is key in delivering exceptional post-sale support and actively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Your Impact:
- Provide exceptional post-sales client support, ensuring high customer satisfaction with existing services and software.
- Manage service/product renewals, expand current offerings, and collaborate with sales leadership to create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews while maintaining continuous client engagement.
- Support the Sales team by preparing accurate sales orders and quotes, ensuring all client expectations are met efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate clear communication between Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client support.
- Handle and triage customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams to guarantee timely and effective resolutions.
Who You Are:Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Persuasive communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in leading virtual presentations and client onboarding sessions.
- A self-starter who values teamwork, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- May require some local travel to client sites
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working closely with infrastructure engineering and product teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Work Schedule: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fishkill, NY. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What We Offer: We provide a competitive compensation package, including a medical insurance plan with zero deductible, vision and dental coverage, a 401k plan, and generous PTO.
