cFocus Software seeks an IT Analyst IV to join our program supporting EPA in Washington, DC. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT analysis and support
- At least 5 years of experience in data exchange systems and APIs
- Minimum 3 years of experience with conference/event planning and technical support
- ITIL Foundation certification
- CISSP certification
- Develop and maintain online documentation for all projects within the PWS scope
- Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and file specifications
- Manage and update the Report Library and Data Element Dictionary
- Support data conversion processes and verify accuracy of converted data
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on submitted data for completeness and accuracy
- Generate State Summary Reports and prepare preliminary National Biennial Reports
- Assist in moving final data to designated database schemas for RCRAInfo Web access
- Provide IT logistics and presentation support for EPA-sponsored training sessions and conferences
- Develop and deliver training and presentation materials for RCRAInfo application
- Create web training modules using LearningZen for the RCRAInfo User Community
- Assist in maintaining PL/SQL software for data translation into RCRAInfo
- Develop and maintain REST APIs to meet user community needs
- Participate in meetings with States to gather system integration requirements
- Support security processes to maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Develop and maintain required security artifacts (e.g., System Security Plan, Business Impact Assessment)
- Conduct independent verification and validation testing of security controls
- Implement security approaches based on risk management principles, EPA policy, and NIST guidelines
- Prepare security assessment reports and firewall rules requests
- Travel to attend EPA outreach meetings and training sessions as required (up to once per quarter)
- Upload deliverables to appropriate S3 buckets within EPA's AWS Cloud environment
- Document changes and update User Support Incident Tracking System (USITS) issues
