About the Job
Position Summary: Manages the functions and activities of the non-clinical applications. Responsibilities include oversight of software upgrade scheduling, testing, and loading to production systems, monitoring, troubleshooting, training, service and operator oversight. Work with IT Management team on various projects for the hospital and corporate office customers.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Experience: Five (5) years experience in healthcare, technology, or corporate training management required. Two (2) years in a cross-cultural environment required.
• Equipment/Tools: Computers, Windows, Microsoft Word, Project, Visio and Excel. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Window and Office, CommVault, DocuShare, Xtraction, Avigilon, Lenel, Wyse Device Manager, Dragon, 3M, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, Kronos, and TigerConnect.
• Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with management, supervisory staff, and employees. Ability to work as team member. Ability to plan, develop, organize, direct and evaluate the functions of computer applications/systems. Familiarity with ITIL standards and able to find resources for specific technology projects. Familiar with ghant charts, project portfolio management software, and be able to manage projects. Familiar with customer resource management software and collaborate with IT managers to meet deadlines.
