Candidate will have 2 to 5 years of IT hardware asset management and solid Service Now experience (Required).
Responsible for defining and conducting physical inventory and asset management for all assets in corporate and remote locations. Responsible for managing the new End User onboarding and exit process including reporting and follow up for asset retrieval.

responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for reviewing or defining metrics associated with the Asset Management service, and ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
Effectively communicate with the customer and potentially senior leadership as needed.
Participate and potentially drive, small to medium scale projects as they relate to the Asset Management strategy or service.
Ensure sufficient stock / inventory is maintained, including managed assets and peripherals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 TO 5 years in an Asset Management coordination role
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism, proactive, attention to detail, exceptional customer services support skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to multi task
Goal and solution oriented
Motivated to learn and resourceful
Ability to react quickly to changing environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving new assets to stockroom
Monitoring inventory levels of assets and asset accessories keeping on-hand stock levels at the standard count
Deploying laptops, phones, and tablets to users documenting each step through ServiceNow
Communicating with branch offices about assets in their custody and providing proper information to return assets to corporate HQ.
Properly and accurately maintain ServiceNow records to display a proper system of records for all corporate assets, including proper naming conventions, accurate location tracking, and hardware status
Updating and executing the proper documentation for the Asset Management processes
Asset recovery from separated employees
Manage Work From Home equipment
Shipping equipment to employees and tracking deliveries
Tracking/Assigning equipment in ServiceNow
Weekly hardware audits comparing the on-hand inventory to prior week, reconciling the differences to ensure proper asset handling
Asset Disposal
Chain of Custody tracking
In a timely manner, deploying VIP and Executive hardware assets to the Executive support team
Skills required:
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform required
Communication skills, as we work hand in hand with the Regional Support/Desktop Help team and end users
Highly organized, Attention to detail, Ability to delegate and multi-task
