Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, storage, disbursement and transportation of IT assets/stock
- Preparation and packaging of stock for shipment
- Retirement of stock and preparation for disposal (including required sanitization operations)
- Counts of stock
- Organization, cleaning and maintenance of the stock room
- Delivery, setup, shipping and provisioning of IT hardware and equipment
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and recovery of Windows and Apple based equipment
- Documentation and ticketing in ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, CIS or related field preferred; Experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
- Two years’ customer service experience required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software, systems and processes.
- Previous experience in a help desk or desktop support based role preferred
- Formal ticketing software experience highly preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in Erie, PA
