Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between internal customers, IT development teams, and end customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for application enhancements.
Ensure requirements are fully defined and documented according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL service management approaches.
Facilitate project management activities, including meetings, documentation, development, testing, communication, education, implementation, and ongoing support.
Provide change management and governance recommendations, review testing plans, and participate in advancing the Business Analysis role within the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates with 2 years of experience as a BA, but HIGHLY PREFER Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps for managing User Stories
- 3+ yrs of experience with GCP, specifically Google BigQuery
- 3+ years of writing technical requirements documentation and associated technical documents.
