IT Business Analyst - IDR Inc

  Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal customers, IT development teams, and end customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for application enhancements.

  • Ensure requirements are fully defined and documented according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL service management approaches.

  • Facilitate project management activities, including meetings, documentation, development, testing, communication, education, implementation, and ongoing support.

  • Provide change management and governance recommendations, review testing plans, and participate in advancing the Business Analysis role within the department.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates with 2 years of experience as a BA, but HIGHLY PREFER Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps for managing User Stories
  • 3+ yrs of experience with GCP, specifically Google BigQuery
  • 3+ years of writing technical requirements documentation and associated technical documents.

• Compensation Details: $40.79/hr W2
