As a Business Analyst, you will act as a critical link between our IT capabilities and our business objectives. This role involves supporting and ensuring the successful execution of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product features. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes for improvements.

Responsibilities:+ Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements particularly focusing on financial systems and ERP.
+ Perform quality assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with financial and IT partners to optimize and enhance system integrations.
+ Design, document, and maintain system processes.
+ Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and utilize data visualization tools.
+ Prepare detailed reports and present insights to the product team.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
+ Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Qualifications:Required:
+ Proven experience in business/system analysis or quality assurance with a strong emphasis on financial systems and processes.
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in eliciting requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.
+ In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application to financial processes.
+ Proficiency in generating technical and process documentation, with specific experience in financial system workflows.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
+ Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
